This privacy statement covers the website www.inluminoglobal.co.uk, owned wholly by Inlumino Global, whose main office is situated at: Craiglyn House, Llanwrthwl, Breconshire.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We do not pass your information to any other party.

We only require information about you for two reasons:

1/ To process your order.
When you place an order your credit card details are only used via our secure server for the session with PayPal to input your details. Credit/Debit card details are not stored in any way.

A record is kept of your order, name, address, phone number and email address so that we can contact you in the event of a problem with your order.  Your details are not passed onto, sold or otherwise transferred to any other party or organisation.

2/ To provide you with the best possible service.
If you decide to become a member of the Inlumino Global Community we store your details in our membership files so that we can contact you, and send newsletters or other information as you require.  We always offer an ‘Unsubscribe’ link on any communication so you can opt out at any time.  This information is only held on our database, hosted at a secure, environmentally controlled data centre behind secure firewalls.  This information is never shared with any other party or used for any other purpose.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We use a payment Service Provider (Paypal) to bill customers for goods and services. Paypal does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and in compliance with British law.  If any of the contact details prove incorrect then you can have them ammended by contacting us via the form on the Contact Us page.

A cookie is required to track any shopping basket items. Once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates, after which no information is held on the user’s computer relating to the order.
